ADOPT A STREET PRIVACY NOTICE
Erdington Litter Busters (ELB) take data protection and data privacy seriously. We comply with the General Data Protection Act (GDPR) and commit to respecting personal privacy at all times. We understand that your data is yours and we will take steps to ensure your control over your data.
We will only use the data you give us to record which streets have been adopted and the equipment that has been loaned.
We will only contact you about ELB or Adopt a Street events. We will never send you marketing or advertising material.
We will never sell your data or pass it onto any other organisation.
We will make sure that your data is accurate by updating our records if you tell us that any of your details have changed.
Your data will be kept secure and only accessed by members of the ELB team.
We will keep your data for as long as ELB exists as an organisation or until you tell us that you no longer wish to be part of the Adopt a Street program, in which case we will delete your records and not contact you any further.
